Former head of sales. Now I develop what helps companies earn more

Less biography for its own sake. More of what I see with founders and sales leads: a boxed tool eats the budget, the real process lives in Excel — and how to assemble a system the floor will actually work in.

My main job is WIN-WIN. If it pays off for you, it pays off for me: repeat work, growth, a normal fee — without burning tokens or keeping a team on idle salaries. That’s why I dig into the brief. I don’t sell a universal box “for everyone”

I was a head of sales

I know sales from the inside: who you meet on a call, where a rep loses a deal, where a sales lead drowns in reports, where a boxed tool eats budget while the real process still lives in Excel and chats.

01

Business pain isn’t abstract

Licences, integrators, double entry, missed deadlines. On OtdelP and in custom work I see the same thing: it hurts where software doesn’t match how people already work.

02

Different requests — one filter

Sales, a store, Telegram, automation, aftercare. Formats differ. The filter doesn’t: does it pay back for you.

03

I dig into the brief

I don’t take a job “as written in two lines”. I clarify the pain, the roles, where money leaks, what must work in two weeks and in six months. Otherwise there is no WIN-WIN.

How I think about the client’s money

Short blocks, no filler. What I usually unpack on a call.

The big holes are rarely “in the code”

More often it’s the wrong contour: you bought a boxed tool, paid integrators, keep paying a subscription, and the team still runs on gut feel. I build the system around the process so those leaks close.

A sales lead and a founder speak different languages with a “universal” CRM

I sat in that seat. So I design screens and statuses for people on the line — not only for the integrator on a call.

If it pays off for you, it pays off for me

If the project doesn’t pay back for the client, there is no repeat work. So I don’t inflate scope or sell “air in tokens”. An honest cut, a clear budget, then we grow it.

Agent logic — only where it pays back

A platform and a custom fit: RAG, channels, CRM. AI is a tool, not a religion. If routine burns budget — we cut it. If an agent brings leads and savings — we keep it.

What I work on

I develop solutions around your process: sales, clients, automation, aftercare after launch. Fifty-plus projects — solo or with a tight team. I live in Krasnoyarsk, answer on Moscow time, and work remotely across Russia and abroad.

A short track

Teaching → sales and head of sales → custom software for business. I don’t unroll a long biography: what matters is how we close your pain now.

How to start

Leave a brief on the site — it goes to a bot, not “DM me and disappear”. Personal Telegram if you want to follow the details or write directly.

What you get with me

Custom around your process

A custom CRM case: ~2 weeks. For the client — from 200k ₽ saved every month. For me — six months of rent abroad from one project. That’s WIN-WIN in practice

I develop solutions around your process, not the other way around. First we check if it pays off. Then we write code.
